The Role
Keyway is a commercial real-estate investment platform. I came on as a consultant to build their investment strategy application from scratch with a team of 4 designers.

The Team
We had 4 designers spread across 3 product verticals, 2 PMs, 1 data scientist and about 20 engineers.

The Challenge
Building a complex real state investment app with a fast turn around. We wanted it to feel luxurious, and be up to par with sophisticated investors tools our users were used to.

I devised a comprehensive roadmap that served as a guiding framework, ensuring clear accountability for every individual involved throughout the entire journey.

The search app had a complex UI system that interacted with a lot of data and required it's own library.
